7:45: INCORRECT! The problem isn't that the SUV attempting the U-turn didn't check his or her blind spot. The problem is that this intersection only allows straight travel (left turns and right turns are clearly prohibited). Whenever left turns are not allowed, U-turns are most certainly prohibited as well. Consequently, the problem is that the SUV performed an ILLEGAL U-turn (and they also didn't look, clearly).

6:30 Before dash cams were a thing my friend and I pulled over to help a drunk Mexican too. He tried to use one of our phones to call a buddy to come pick him up. Right before police showed up he took 4 bottles of beer and slid them under the car. We saw it. When the police showed up my friend said "Hey you forgot the beer you put under the car before the police showed up." The guy was handcuffed and taken away in a squad car.

at 5:45 it's not because they were only using the camera It's because they were being blatantly oblivious and a general idiot. you can see your rear bumper in the camera in the pre 2018 face lift malibu's and I'm going to assume you can in the post face lift models. That specific malibu is most likely a post face lift due to the thru exhausts. That car even has a adaptive visual showing on rear view camera that shows you where you need to stop and where your going when backing up.

Once again, these idiots are something else.
